We were tasked to design a new careers portal for Emma and delivered with a truly captivating careers portal.

We also produced employer branding videos starring employees from the Emma office in Frankfurt. Based on the theme ‘Wake up your full potential,’ the videos feature a colourful set based on one narrative, that weaves across the three types of films on offer. The videos showcase the company’s open, ambitious and fun culture, and invites people to visit the Emma careers portal. Turning each potential applicant’s ‘hmm, maybe’ into a ‘Yes I want to work at Emma!’
