Jordan Brand - 40 Years Of Greatness
The Jordan Brand 40 Years of Greatness campaign marked a major milestone in the legacy of Air Jordan, celebrating four decades of cultural impact across sport, style, and global communities. At its core, the programme combined iconic storytelling, high-profile activations, and product innovation to engage both long-time fans and new audiences around the world. The campaign spanned a year of integrated moments, from the launch of the Air Jordan 40 silhouette to immersive local activations, and achieved significant engagement benchmarks across digital, retail and cultural platforms, reinforcing Jordan Brand’s emotional connection with consumers and its role in shaping sport and culture globally.
In my role as Marketing Operations Lead supporting this programme, I was responsible for the operational delivery and execution of global campaign assets across EMEA. I worked closely with global creative, strategy and local city teams to ensure assets were ready on time, correctly localised, and compliant with delivery standards, empowering markets to activate seamlessly against launch plans.
I also supported on-the-ground activity coordination, collaborating with partners and local stakeholders to align launch events, sustain programming, and community extensions in key cities. This included tracking schedules, managing resource readiness, and facilitating clear communication between cross-functional teams so execution matched the strategic intent.
Working hand-in-hand with procurement and brand leadership, I helped guide the procurement process for the Jordan Brand Managers, ensuring contracts, budgets and external partner scopes were structured to deliver against campaign needs while aligning with internal governance and timelines.
Throughout the programme we held regular retrospectives to capture learnings, refine workflows, and identify opportunities to improve asset handoffs and cross-functional collaboration. These structured reviews directly informed process enhancements and operational playbooks for future large-scale launches.
